Segment Distribution
How your player base breaks down by lifecycle stage. Healthy mix = large Active+VIP, small Churned.
Revenue by Segment (GGR)
Total Gross Gaming Revenue per segment. VIP should dominate. Negative = players who won more than they lost.
Player Value Distribution
Histogram of individual player GGR. Players below $0 are net winners against the house.
Recency Distribution
Days since each depositor last did something. Peaks at the right = retention problem.
Segment Definitions & Classification Criteria
Each player is assigned exactly one segment. All thresholds are adjustable in Settings.
